@saika You can buy them for $5-$50 not $500-$700 and there are remakes of the nes but nintendo doesn't make them any more so there is no such thing as a new nes (unless one of the companies that remake nes's gets the rights the the name but that will never happen)

Went over to my nintendo, flipped it over, yep 001. I also have a rare $13,000 NES OMG!
Although if he wanted, its usually really easy to restore broken NES's back to nearly perfect working condition. I'll charge him $6,500 to fix his priceless gem, and then he can make back the other half when he sells it. lol

These people are stupid, 001 is the model number. They want the serial Number. The smaller the SN the the higher it's rarity.
