New build worked great for a week low temps i7 940, asus p6t deluxe v2, gtx285, 6gb crucial at 1333mhz, ocz 850w psu, now only two LEDs stay on on the motherboard for power and reset when I press power it all comes on for a split second then I have to turn psu off back on and only comes on for a split second does this sound like a faulty psu or a short most likely

I think my PSU is failing, I don't think my GPU is getting enough power when I boot up my computer the screen flashes on and off a lot :/
