Microsoft called us down to the Hilton to chill out with the very cool Chris Priestly from BioWare about their new RPG Mass Effect. Whilst video games and luxury hotels don't always go hand-in-hand, we still managed to get our beast of a video capture box past the curious staff.

In this video we look at the depth of character customization, and we'll have more hands on videos coming up over the next few days.

  • Mass effect 2 for ps3 will probably include Mass Effect 1.

  • Errr... no. I'd seriously doubt that.

  • Riiiiiiiiiiiiight....on ps3.....!!! Bioware is now part of microsoft! What makes you think microsoft will make a ps 3version of mass effect???Loser! get an xbox 360!

  • Bioware is a part of EA, not Microsoft.

That means Mass Effect 2 could see PS3.

But yeah, if you want this Mass Effect and you don't want to wait years for the next one, yes... you need a 360.

  • I want that game! i hope it's on pc

  • Nope. Sadly. Need an Xbox 360 for it.

Though the sequel might make the PS3 apparently.

  • damn these comments are old

  • Can you use the same character you made up as soldier and use it for say, Vanguard?

  • I have the game it is very interesting and has a very high ammount of detail I already beat it once with a Soldier class and then im beating it again with the Infiltrator class, for newcomers to the game i recommend the Soldier class because it is a lot less complicated that the other classes.

  • It's not the best Next-Gen console. It has the best lineup.

  • Xbox 360 is probably the the best Next-Gen console out there. Just... not very reliable.

  • Better get more than one cause they will start to crash and malfunction one by one.

Mass Effect is such a good game that the 360 stumbles when it tries to run this beauty. But Microsoft wanted it on it's shitty console and it had it.
