From the ground, this ash tree on Kingston Crescent in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada appears like any big tree in the winter. Watch Dave assess the health of the tree by watching it move in the wind. See the holes 50-feet up that intimidated a clibmer from another tree-care company who did not assess the tree's health correctly before beginning the job, and then once in the tree, was too fearful to proceed. Moral of this story: A dangerous tree is not always evident and the skill required to detect and work in a dangerous tree is not common.
