Got my Physical collectors Edition Thursday but didnt get that +1 Extra hero and +1 Extra item shown at end only the +4 Heroes and +2 items that is show earlier in video.
Only becuase I pre-ordered from a retailer in our country and not UbiShop I suppose. :/

Ubisoft. Screwing over USA customers once again. Anyone remember the atrocious Heroes V "Limited Edtion"? Had a pre-order of this at GAME.co.uk since May, but inexplicably mine and many others orders were cancelled last week.

i buy this game from ubi online store and they didnt send me the product key two months now only a beta one month after when conflux open at 16aug
and i made 30 topics in forum i took 3days ban from a slut with warcraft avatar
untill dev watch me and send me one! cause the other on mail was "already in use"
pffff freaking ubi you ruin this game
