  • Why was this skit censored? This was hilarious! It's just a joke, people!

BTW - I wanted to do something nice for our local Jewish Community. So I opened up a summer school for Jewish kids with attention deficit disorder.

Unfortunately, I called my school a "Concentration Camp."

It's JUST A JOKE!!!! Come on!

  • I'm black, and well, I think this is wild! I can't hate it, it's too surreal. He could have made a joke about that hair in the front row, though.

I agree! ...it's satiristic humour. I noticed that the black people in the audiance were even laffing too.

  • @usemine2 R.I.P. Pat. R.I.P. Doug McClure. Those cancer sticks that Doug inhaled for decades eventually did him in.

  • @92andnaked There's no way this would even have been taped, let alone censored today. Even if someone like Dave Chappelle had done this as a skit on his TV show, he would have gotten a ton of heat.

  • Omg too funny

  • wish we had em back.... RIP Pat...

  • Paulsen/Obama running for Prez, again!.

Is that Robert Wagner sitting next to Griffin?

  • I sent to a world wide audience ... thanks pat

  • Blackface is not instantly racist. Look at its Wikipedia entry to see its long history and various uses. Pat Paulsen, the comedian here in blackface, was one of the most articulate, provocative, and brilliant commentators on politics and social issues in the 1960s and 1970s. If you understand the context of this clip you can see that Paulsen's act was a brilliant way to say things on television that couldn't be said other ways. He was criticizing racist speech by using it in an exaggerated way.

  • There was a black Jewish Polish person who married his Italian bride that was sitting in the back row that was pretty steamed.

  • I'm italian, and I think this is fucking hilarious. Lighten up, friends!
