  • I'm not from new orleans I have met folks from new orleans that came 2 arkansas after katrina they was sum good folks and when I came down to my first mardi gras in 2009 i feel in love wit th e NO I came home and did my history bout new orleans and mardi gras all that I love the was yall jus party all day all nit good music good food the most beauitfulest woman u can lay yo eyes on I will be back in march 8,2011 dont see me there bet me there as yall say man thats cold blooded!!!!!!!!!lol

  • i love how everybody from every different creed and color come together to dance and march in sync with each other. no room for rasicm or fasicm or capatalism. just a freaky, groovy good time. i cant believe they tried to "wash it away". even hell and high water cant remove the spirit of a people.

  • Lafitte Project Right there. I remember back in 03,i was under that same bridge second lining with Nagin(Mayor of NEW ORLEANS at the time). What city you know would have their mayor dancing with a bunch of strangers in the steet. That's NEW ORLEANS to the bone
