I don't know about you but to me it seems that all of your recipes are full of butter, cheese and animal fat just like the huge chunk of pig fat in this one. Does that not hurt ur heart and cause cardiovascular diseases. I don't know the taste but to me its too unhealthy. And it is in this respect that I don't like eat meat. Its just impossible to take fat out of meat.

But do I love eatin' it? Well....I like the way I cook it, and DEF without the sauce. To me, if BBQ is done right, it doesn't need sauce, but there are preferences all across the country with different ways to cook, different rubs, sauce or no sauce, and just plain differences with all people.

Sorry BBQ Pit Boys....I gave ya a thumbs up and didn't mean to. I meant it for Pratik 'cause he brought up a very valid question that needed more than an elementary school answer. Your vids are good and gave me a lot of info, but come on guys, when somebody asks a legit question, at least give 'em a legit answer, so I'm back to Pratik again. To be blunt, this crap WILL kill ya with all that grease, and I base my post on about 27 yrs cookin', and a heart attack, and 2 cardiac arrest, died twice

Fat, over the years, clogs up ur arteries and can cause heart attacks and cardiac arrest, both of which I've had. BUT....I still cook and eat like this, but I throw out any excess fat, and let it drain some before eatin'. Chowin' down like they show is a heart attack on a bun just waitin' on ya, so you have to make your own call. If ya don't eat it everyday or month, but for a special occasion about 6 months apart or somethin', you'll probably be ok, especially if ur on Statins for Cholesterol
