I know that it is foolish to say that the Spetsnaz are better than Navy Seals because they havent confronted one another and they have a common enemy. But I think that the Russian military is better suited to crush terrorist cells. The Russian style goes back to WWII. Demoralize the enemy by destroying homes and the enemys sense of security. Terrorist are ugly and cruel and the only way to defeat them is to be cruel back. Fight fire with Spetsnaz.

They have the third largest defense budget (sorry I don't know exact numbers) and china has the 2 and guess who has the largest defense budget? The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA china spends some 100 billion a.year and america spends 6 times that! So take your simpleton Russia thoughts back to Russia!

Ah nvm, those are just normal AK74. Still, there's little difference between AK74M and AK74 (the M is plastic build and slightly lighter).
