you dont get banned at all this is just a unregistered virsion of the beta thats why you cant go on live till 19 everyone thats registered for it will get live.

Yeah I Installed it from CD. Even though I am locked out of live till 19th I really wanted to see the new dash. lets me catch up on my Single player achievements till then.
