This was the second of four promotional videos that I directed in early 2008 for the now defunct Theatre de la Jeune Lune in Minneapolis. I post these videos in memory of a brilliant theatre company that truly inspired me for many years. It was an honor to contribute to their body of work.

FISHTANK, n 1: a familiar strangeness navigated by uncommon instinct. 2: the world as we know it. v 1: losing yourself in order to find what you left behind. adj 1: ones life currently on display, not having previously been subjected to examination.

If you're interested -- two of the actors involved are currently performing in "Fissures", at the Actors Theatre of Louisville Humana Festival, and another actor is performing in "Servant of Two Masters" at Yale Repertory Theatre.

As a former North Loop resident, Theatre de la Jeune Lune was the best!!!! So sad it is gone.
