The desperate condition of human rights in Iran has brought together a diverse crowd of people from all backgrounds and nationalities to this gathering of prayer, reflection and music in support of human rights in Iran. The evening began with a brief talk by Dr. Firuz kazemzadeh.
Our special thanks to Tom Flaherty and Cynthia Fog of the Pomona College faculty of Music for their heartfelt performance.
@Septagon47 I might like to add that Mr. Kazemzadeh expands his subject to include the various challenges to human rights around the world, to the responsibility we all have to each other - really, to the planet - in this atomic, globalized, frightened age. Listen up!! I know he may be hard for some to understand, but his message is quite clear, and I thank Mr. Geula for posting it. RIGHT ON, KEYVAN!!

I would describe this as a talk on the historical perspective on the subject of human rights, as pertains to the current persecutions in the world today. Talk is given by Dr. Firuz Kazemzadeh, a member of the US Baha'i community. He compares an experience of his younger days- in '34, in Germany, to the current crises all over the world - including that of the Baha'is in Iran. A fitting title to it appears @ the end, just before the credits. Marty - good friend of Keyvan's - he hopes.
