"Aspirations"- "Inheritance" Performance 3 by the Dance Ensemble of Singapore at the festival opening on 17th July 2011 at the Singapore HeritageFest 2011 at the open field behind Ang Mo Kio Public Library.

This dance tells the story of Singapore's spirit, from the perseverance of our forefathers, to the determined rising and flourishing of our city. Drums and lively music accompany the performance as tribute to the vigour and vitality of Singapore's making. It features Pugilistic dance in an exciting choreography coupled with vibrant costumes.
