You are taking the right actions. Thats all that matters. It can be really frustrating when the scale doesnt reflect your efforts, but if you keep at it, you will break through!
9.2 pounds is awesome. You are not over 200 pounds, so weight will fall off you slower than a lot of wls people you see on youtube. My losses are not fast either. You are doing the right things, and you are being healthy, make sure you give youself a present for your efforts rather than beat yourself up over the scale number. You will get there!
I hear you. I've jumped 3 lbs in two days for no reason. I believe it is related to my cycle, but it is taking everything I have not to throw in the towel. I can relate so much.
9.2 pounds in 18 days is great....If I have a slight increase in wt I make sure that the days I don't workout are the days I am eating very, very low carbs. Also if I can avoid eating out I do, no matter what they say the calories are,,, it's always more in reality
Just Breath! I know your schedule sounds like mine. Not just crazy but insanity! Keep doing what you are doing and that scale will jump down a pound or two in a couple days! Keep the faith and stay positive! Love ya girl!

Rolling w/punches over here too girl......I'm all BS about the scale right about now...but what's helped is that I know I'm eating right, haven't deviated--so then it's easier to be like "hmmmm...we're NOT in charge", and then it becomes interesting. Ed stalled for 3 weeks or so, then dropped 5 lbs week 4 doing nothing different. it's just an anomaly --- you are so inside my head in this vid girl......so get it! Let's stay with it......;)
