i play this arctis isle meny times for 3 star is easy all play social empires!!!

You can get five healers and five monks by using graveyard trick. While the fourth healer is being made, resurrect the dead one. Note: it has to die in battle, not be sacrificed. As for how to get healers without paying zinga or asking your friends to help you fill your church, see my video.
