68% of people paying the tax would be small business owners? Is that referring to s-class corporations? Because they're specifically exempt in the bill.

Wow! Marvelous video! I hope you are promoting this one somehow! Lots of people need to see this. I live in WA and I will not be affected by this income tax because my income is below the threshold. But I know this tax will hurt the poor.
