The Kershaw Clash features a 3 inch drop point blade, extra wide with a recurve and good belly, partial hollow grind, linerlock mechanism, assisted flipper opening, and Polyimide (a lightweight plastic) handle scales. Comes in bead blast or black finish, price $23-28 currently. Overall, a nice smaller length beater knife with strong cutting power due to the blade shape and width.

Hey isreal I picked up this knife earlier today at a local sporting good store for around 30 bucks, was pretty satisfied with the knife, just like you mentioned very solid and a good work knife, appreciate the vid bud keep them coming (learning a lot by your vids)

  • @wheelman956 - Hey, Wheelman! Thank you, I'm glad it helped you find some good gear for you!

  • hey Isreal i have a quick question for you, does the clash have a locking mechanism so the blade wont close or open without applying force?

    please reply! :)

    -Dave

  • @DezyreHD - It has a liner lock, but no secondary lock or safety switch.

  • @WeAllJuggleKnives I am left handed, I bought the Kershaw Tremor after watching your review on it but, I have to carry it unclipped to the pocket in order to deploy it properly due to either clip position either way don't make it deployable left handed, any suggestions or alternatives that work for left handers? Thanks

  • @billyshob I'm a lefty too, and over the years I've found two okay solutions. Generally, I carry one knife on each side, so any non-lefty friendly knives I can just use as my offside knife. If I want to carry a righty knife on my left for some reason, I actually just carry it backwards. So deploying it does take one extra half turn of my hand, but since I've practiced it for so long, I don't notice it.

  • Isreal,

Nice review. The Clash is a great deal. Solid lockup.

  • This or the Leek?

  • @billyshob Spyderco's Native and Delica models allow left side carry. I think most spyderco models allow left side carry. Hope this helped

  • Not bad for an entry level flipper.

  • @teyacapan Hey thanks! I'm easily bored too, so I just try to make reviews for us type of people :]
