I have the 1.8 petrol version. Not much difference. Honda engines are incredible... they just keep going and going and going and you get bored but it keeps on going :)

Love my Civic.
Late nights on the motorway...It just wants to go faster and faster. Plus if any dickhead in an Audi wants to under/overtake me on a roundabout by sitting in the wrong lane...A brief touch of the pedal usually means they have to make another orbit of the roundabout because I leave them standing.
That massive diesel just has so much torque when you floor it in 1st.
Thing is, it will now take one hell of a car to replace the Civic shaped hole in my life lol.

I have an 09, got it new and don't want to get rid, fast, room for 5, massive boot with fold flat seat, good mpg, not seen anything to beat it yet
