  • these children are too young to play such a big recorder like that! bass recorders aren't for children!

  • Children 11 years old and over with large enough hands can easily manage a bass recorder if they use a neck strap. Because of keys, the finger spread is the same as tenors. If a child expreiences pain when playing they are given a smaller instrument. Your comment is intelligent and I thank you for your concern.
