I Don't think overweight peeps need pity when working with a trainer. Obviously if ur not strong enough to do it on ur own, u need someone to kick ur ass. Been there done that!

LOL. I love her. If you guys listen to her podcasts, she's A LOT more nicer and chill but when it comes to being on the floor, she will grill you to death. Love her tenacity and go-hard personality.
