I did the trick shared by Psythik to show that there's no text in my BSOD. I made the video without any color modification line in the system.ini. btw if i try to change the background color to green for example, it still will be blue as seen on this vid.

Did you try with the beta version of windows7? I think that this only works with build 7000.
