The Ultimate showdown between the forces of the Old Guild Republic and the new Presterian Empire, Tactics versus Chivalry, Wit against Depraivety and Badassery against refrences. Will Alex be 'rescued' from She Who Must Be Obeyed or will Alex's Badassery prove to great an obstacle for mere lame movie/videogame refrences to counter. There's only one way to find out.

Mostly, the lameness is derived from usage, not from source material. No one would really call any of the stuff lame on it's own merits, but it is a lame reference because it only BARELY has anything to do with Last Exile. It's not random, because if you dig deep enough, you can find a correlation, so instead, it is meerly lame referencing.
