During the soundcheck of the chorus' Rainbow Room performance, Justin got a great show biz lesson from Academy Award-winner Marcia Gay Harden. She was incredibly lovely to us, and I think enraptured by the kids' sound!

All I have to say is WOW!!! With that being said there is one thing that bothers me about this video. It seems obvious at the beginning of this video the boys voice is tired. This occurs 40 seconds in the video where his hand grabs his throat. This is a clear sign his voice is tired and the director should of stop him from singing not encourage him to keep singing. At that age and singing that high, and if not trained correctly you can damage the voice.
