this is was played during the alter calls at Billy Graham Crusades. i was at a Crusade once and listened to a sermon of his. the great thing about the alter calls is you don't even need to come down to the front, you can accept the Lord into your life where you are, just as you are :)

I grew up in the church and never understood this song until I completly gave my life to God. It's so simple, just as I am with out one plea.....so simple! Thank you Lord for saving me from me!

@JANETSUR God bless you and God be with you.I grew up in a church that played this song quite frequently.It was always one of my favorites.After 20 years of drinking and drugging,I walked into a rehab facility on 11/03/1997 with this song in my heart and with God's help and blessing, I have now been sober for 15 years.Don't let anyone kid you that you can overcome without God in your life.Stay strong and remember that there are others out there to lean on.
