These windy, rainy, unlighted nights give us an opportunity to reflect on the turn the Democrats are taking toward partisanship. Democrats are misleading Americans when they imply that the Republicans controlled both the House and Senate while Bush was President. Actually, Senate Democrats had power (or shared power) for almost half of Bush's presidency.
