Erin was a bit harsh but I went back and watched The City (because I love it so much lol) and in the first episode Olivia was the one who gave Erin attitude first. To me, it seems like Olivia has no respect for authority and no sense of tact. Erin is a hard boss to work for and seems a little intimidating but I think she only wants the best.

Watching the latest season of The City I'm utterly disturb by Olivias behaviour. She needs to grow up, and treat Erin with respect. It's embarassing for me, as a woman, watching her behave like a retard. Very spoiled, she needs a huge slice of humble pie.

olivia is but a pawn in joe zee's grander scheme in wanting to promote Elle on nationally syndicated tv. just view the hiring of olivia as a PR stunt pulled off conspicuously by the higher-ups of Elle, all with the intentions of dropping olivia like a hot-coal when they've squeezed the Mtv lemon dry.

I like it. seeing how I actually paid attention this Season. I don't like Erin tho. she seems so Mean to Olivia. I undertsand she's "Rivalling" Olivia's Bitchyness but what is it that makes Olivia so Notorious?

I think that it is hard to be out there in the fashion world and nothing is easy in life but I think Erin Kaplan was the one with the problem not Olivia but nothing is easy in any job or place. But over all of what happen on the show I think it did good for there first episode of the season!!! What did all of you think of the show over all???
