After some months of hard work, I figured out how to make Morrowind look like the fantasy it is. {In my opinion} This is actually quite simple to do... It's just hard to figure it out... Also, the framerate can get surprisingly high during gameplay. Leave comments telling me what you need to know if you want to get Morrowind to look like it does here. the ENBseries and Morrowind Graphics Extender programs, and Connary's Retextures, I made the ashlands look beautiful as it could be. And with some editing with Final Cut, I constructed this video for your entertainment.

There is now a better way to get all the textures; the "Morrowind Overhaul Project". There are different versions of it, but the graphics and sound one should have all of connary's textures. Search for it on YouTube or PlanetElderScrolls. It makes downloading all your mods and installing them as easy as installing a DLC. But if you still want the textures, I'm not sure if I could find anything.

  • good thing about morrowind is that it is actually hard and challanging and u have to use your head or the internet! im playing it atm .i gave up playin when i had it on xbox cause it was 2 hard. im scared sometimes to go into caves cause i might get smashed.icant remember last time an rpg made me scared to go into caves and dungeons.

  • Too true. I put the game on max difficulty, and it's just plain brutal. I can't walk for 2 minutes in an open area without getting at 10% or less in health, magicka, and fatigue. The best thing you can do for your character in Morrowind is make him stealth, have speed an attribute, and make hand-to-hand a major skill. You level up multiple times when just fighting mudcrabs. I did it multiple times, and it takes about 30 minutes to get to level one hundred. You can easily kill tough NPCs by lvl7.

  • The only reason I have MGE is that it's required to run ENBseries. Once you download ENBseries, I can give you the settings to copy and paste into the configuration file.

Hmm, it started working again 4 months ago, but now it doesn't work. Sorry for not getting to it as fast as possible, I normally don't make machinima stuff. I'll look for another one,

I am using ALL of Connary's textures, MGE-Morrowind Graphics Extender with either a very small or inexistent extended distance {To retain it's old magic}, and also ENBseries' color enhancing abilities and a depth of field. I set the resolution to 640x1920, for an awesome widescreen effect. Also, I mereley added a brown tint in editing, but that same thing can be pulled off with a color palette. Once Project Aedra {See youtube user Dragongeo2} is nearing completion, I'll make some.

  • Is there any way you could give a detailed list of specifically what parts from each mod you're using?

  • @Dulvlu Spa

The link says they've been deleted so they probably need to be reuploaded.

  • @Unyielding1ne

Hmm, other people had this issue beforehand, and it just comes back into service after a few days. I'll check over the weekend, and if it doesn't work too soon, I'll seek out a separate link.
