Deborah Harry promoting her first solo single since Blondie split up in 1982 - 'French Kissin' In The USA' @ Club MTV, circa November 1986.
Plus In Love With Love [SAW Mix] also performed at Club MTV in 1987 - warch out for ALOT of back combing!
Watch out for the crazy stage fall - no damge was done fortunately! ;)

I can attest that nearly all the singers lip synched, at least the first two years... Even the ones who sang along, the sound on TV was straight from the Music Video. Debbie Harry was totally whacked and her performances were probably the most obvious. It was kinda sad, growing up listening to Blondie and then meeting here and shes all sturng out. :)

@gwashingmachine Debbie never gave a crap when she lip synced, and I don't think the audiences did either. It was pretty well established on these types of shows that all the performers lip synced. I've seen ones where Debbie didn't have a microphone at all.

Debbie seems loaded, aka wasted, I wonder if drugs/booze were a problem that carried on after the Hunter? There has never been given a clear reason why she did not tour for Rockbird
