Great Britain championships 2011 - Josey

most gutting weekend of my life! :(
we got up there Thursday and got the ponies all settled and he travelled up there with his girlfriend willow ;) competed him on Friday in the 2'6 warm up and we just had a pole down (video in the grass arena) but he jumped SO well! and then we did the team showjumping in the afternoon where he jumped a lovely clear :) and was soo pleased with him and was really looking forward to the championship classes on saturday and sunday. Got on him on saturday morning and went into the ring and they made me come out again as they said josey was lame? although he was perfectly fine! so i came out and they made me trot him up and down, where he was 100% sound and the man still said he was lame! so i ended up missing my warm up and championship class that day, and had to leave my sound horse standing in the stable! then we made him re-access him on sunday morning after a day and nights box rest, we put him on the lunge where he lunged lovely and the man knew he was sound and said to me 'have you given him anything?!' i was like what the hell no? all hes had is some chaff, cool mix and carrots! so he obviously knew josey was sound but still didnt let me compete him! was SO pissed off as theres nothing even wrong with him! literally just sat and cried most of saturday and sunday :L and then got mum to come and get me and josey from wales sunday lunchtime. worst thing ever :(

but apart from all off that it was a good weekend with my lovely friends :D
so much banterrr ahahaha! apart from i definitly didnt like emmas early morning wake up calls, which included leaving the tent door wide open so the cold air all came in, and threatening to roll on me in her sleeping bag ahha!

still majorly gutted about it all seeing as he was sound and could of competed the whole weekend! but all you can do is move on and get over it :/
hes got a show this weeekend, and then kingsbridge show the weekend after and holwell hunter trial the weekend after that where hes doing pairs with willlow and emma :D so exciteeeed!

Well some bloody interfering busy body!! You should of brought up a video from april and said look he is exactly the same as April and u let me compete then!! Yeah too late for that lol!! I would of been the same how Gutting especially as u know ur horse and arent evil and wouldnt ride him if he was lame!!! xx

@horsefanatic10 i knooow :( it was all because of ONE lady! who ruined my whole weekend up there and cost me lots of money! actually so gutted :( josey definitely isn't lame, which is the most annoying thinggg. hey i never knew you had youtube ;) haha! xxxx

oh what a shame!! Can you ask for ur bloody money back!!?? It costs a bloody bomb!! Why did they say he was lame? Is it cos he does a little trotty thing with his back legs sometimes?? x

@horsefanatic10 yeahhh :( i guess if you dont know josey it looks strange, but hes definitely not lame! checked him up there saturday morning, evening and sunday morning and tonight! so so so so so gutttted as it cost me so much to go up there and it wasn't even them who decided he was 'lame', it was just some random lady! :( and he was jumping SO well aswelllll! :/ xxx
