Creation Northeast 2011: Finger of God/Dust devil/mini torando/vortex

What me and my friend Matt saw on our way back to camp just before going to see Disciple. This was an amazing event to see. Literally, the finger of God came and touched the ground. God is still speaking and is sovereign, and is Holy. He can do as He pleases.

In John 3:8 Jesus says that "[t]he wind blows where it wishes, and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit." The word "breath" used in Gen 2:7 is "ruach" in Hebrew meaning breathe or wind. This is the the breath that was breathed into man. God was speaking through the whirlwind that He is bringing new life found in the Holy Spirit. The wind and fire of the Holy Spirit cleanses our lives. This means a cleansing of the Church and making Christ's bride pure. Wind also speaks of Deliverance. 2 Samuel 5:23-25 speaks of David hearing the "sound of marching" in the tops of mulberry trees. This was the army of the LORD going into the battle to give him victory! Wind is also refreshment. Moreover, at Pentecost (Acts 2), they heard a sound of a mighty rushing wind and became filled with the Holy Spirit causing them to do great, powerful acts. So powerful, that only God could have accomplished what they did.

@VloggingwithHaley Same here, I was in campsite C2 and I could see the tarps flying all the way over to the Fringe Stage some of us in the campsite thought people from the look out were throwing tarps off of it.
