No.You got the beggining wrong.They try to run away from Mario.Peach,Luigi and toad.And that's what the game is all about.You have to help Mario keep up with them or Luigi will fuck Peach and toad will upload it on youp0rn.XD

At first I was gonna lecture you on not setting up the proper higher-quality music and voices for this. But when I played this as a kid, that is how it was for me, too...
