Pea size method spreads more faster than rice grain method did, but with pea method I felt i ran into the same issue as the line method. There is just too much TIM in between the two pieces of glass. The Application never tightens up like it should making me believe that while a good method if you havn't lapped your equipment it's too much material for a flat surface.

Dont ask what kind of paste it's irrelevant. But it's a mix of dried Tuniq TX-4 (Absolute Crap IMO) and Dynex Ceramic from Best Buy to thin the Tuniq back out.
