With FRAPS i get 17-30 FPS when FRAPS recording is disable i have 30-60FPS.Fraps recording eat meny FPS then game can lag.

I think i dont need new CPU becouse this is te best CPU which i have in my hand :) i oc it from 2.66 to 3.90 . Is low FPS becouse i have x2 GPU graphic card. Gears of War is not properly compatibly with x2 GPU. But on crysis warhead i have in xp/all seting max without aa i get 45-60FPS with V-SYNS
