Mercedes W124 E300 0-220km

My Merc has an upgraded ECU and puts out around 212 bhp. by the way it is an M103 3.0 engine with 12 valves. At the end had to brake hard for a slow car.

just letting you know factory time to 220kph was 34 seconds.

@NOBEANERS im not so sure this a very accurate number. i think a stock w123 3.0 m103 needs 29sec to 200km/h

Hey where do you buy the upbraded ecu from? Could I stick that in a 87?

Or actually which engine is better the 87 or 93?

man my ecu was modded by a tuner here in lebanon and as far as i remember he hasn't done so for some years now. as for the engine from what i know the year 87 engines are the most powerful ones. ur car should have aroung 190+hp as it is. if the car is a 300 12 valve M103

i have a 300E 1989 (295,000+kms) and it still runs like its 2years old. instead of 20.

my 240D maxes out at about 140km/h and it takes quite a bit.. havent tried it but stock 0-100 is 25 seconds anyways.. :P

These were the best mercs ever. This car has done quite a lot of mileage but then again, these engines can handle it.

I have E class (w124) 1994 250diesel and it goes 220 km :) it has 90 HP :)))
