I probably wouldn't have done that on national tv, but I can understand why the guy did that. Few things piss me off more than people interrupting, talking over me about stupid inconsequential stuff ("Tuna... Tuna is the second thing we have in our house." No, no. Fuck me. Tell me more.) when I'm trying to instruct, inform or simply carry a conversation with someone. And then to do it twice rapid fire while he's trying to present his recipe on television, I imagine that can irritate quite a lot.
