You guys seem like nice people but I think you need to try different methods. Next time try Maxforce Magnum under all appliances, cracks and crevices and hinges, Drione in all the voids and soak the rest of the place with Suspend SC mixed with Tempo SC ultra as a kicker. One application will give you 100 percent elimination within about 25 days. then instruct the client to do the cleanup with a hepa filter vacuum. ( definetely not a shop vac.)

Thanks for the comment. There is no single magic bullet for controlling pests and your advice seems very reasonable. In this particular clean out of 20 infested units we used only a few ounces of "traditional insecticide" and achieved 100% control in less than 30 days. Several follow up visits using baits only have maintained these units cockroach free.

@PrattPestManagement True, there is no silver bullet. I use 565 for a knock down, cy kick with gentrol, delta dust and then follow up with bait. Seems to do the job. Being thorough is the key, not just what you use. Although I would say you should use a growth regulator on the first time in.
