Mah kittehs!

Nighttime playing. Zafira, the kitten, was still sleepy but still up for some camerahunting :D Opal is lying in the background, Zafira's young superresponsible and extremely patient mom. We've given them a home in cooperation with the animal rights and rescue center.

Who would leave a pregnant, gorgeous cat like Opal out in the woods abandoned to her own faith? :S I don't get people. Opal was not too happy with people when I got her, wheras Zafira would hiss and attack if you just eyed her... They have probably been kicked at some point too, judging from their fear of feet and legs (but they are not afraid now). Now they are both happily sleeping in my lap, Zafira is playful, and Opal is quite protective of me. What can I say? Meooow!! ♥ Awe. :)
