I love the Graphic Garden collection. And yes, in america it doesn't come out till this Friday for the Nordstrom anniversary sale. I pre-ordered mine and I bought the Baby Blooms lip set and the Fresh Cute shadow palette- very pretty in person!

would you say the brushes that come with this collection are as good as the full size brushes, or as good as the holiday sets?

I personally don't think they are as good as the full-size ones. But for the price, I think it is still a really good value.
For myself, since I have so many good brushes already, I wouldn't buy it unless I am going on vacation and need something small and portable.
They are good if you're just starting out with makeup, I think.
