Center for the Study of Addiction and Recovery on CNN

Texas Tech University's Center for the Study of Addiction and Recovery is featured by CNN's Paula Zahn. Texas Tech's nationally recognized recovery community is the largest and one of the oldest of its kind in the nation. It currently offers recovery and educational assistance to nearly 100 students from some 20 states who have overcome drug addictions and eating disorders, and during the past 20 years, more than 500 students have graduated through the program with only seven percent of active participants suffering relapses.
