I know this video relates to US law but the way you communicate with "enforcers" and officers should be like this /watch?v=dtMRfh9l7AI - The key is to make them understand that you don't consent to the illegal dishonourable actions taking place b/c it's kidnapping and that you're recording it which will be sent to their superior officers. They hate to be named and shamed which is why they act violently whenever they see a camera, b/c it's viable evidence in a court.
