Stopped by to see the breathtaking Union Terminal while filming my childhood schools...just a quick and dirty one. Union Terminal was built in 1933 and stopped passenger train service in October 1972. Jerry Springer it is said was single handedly responsible while on Cincinnati Council for saving it from the Wrecking Ball in 1986. It is now a world renown muesum...just two blocks from old Crosley Field

  • @theqman1956 cool! thanks for the reply!

  • @ACLTony LOL! I was thinking the same thing.

  • Hi, I've seen many photos of this building, but didn't know whether it was in use.

Do Amtrack trains pass through Cincinnati? Has a new station been built?

Finally... what kind of museum is there inside? A railroad one?

Hope to get your answer. Thanks for the video!

  • Ah yes.....The Superfriends "Hall of Justice" from the 1973 cartoon series. Indeed a beautiful building.

  • Glad to see something like that put to good use instead of it being demolished!
