    I agree. A lot of flavor went down that drain. I just like it dredged in seasoned flour and pan fried. Fresh tomato, lettuce, mayo and good bread...you can't beat it.

  • ahh you took all of the delicious fatty flavor out of the crab by washing it so thoroughly like that. Softshell blue crab though is really such a delicious thing in and of itself, you obviously did it justice but man, it's really a treat to just fry the whole damn thing, and eat it guts and all. If yours weren't right out of the bay though, I can see why you'd wanna clean it out like that.. yeeeah.

  • the prep of soft-shell crab is a time consuming prep, wish i can do it as fast that in the vids you make! The bread you put is a brioche or just bread?

  • That looks absolutely picture perfect! I'm wondering if you also do plated desserts?
