@aboisjoli movie stars and race car drivers make money with their name. There has been court cases where the average joe could not copyright it cause they could show no use of it in commerce. Legal Personhood allows a corporate body to operate as a singular living entity and gives the rights of a person to that corporation. It also allows the natural person to occupy a fictional role to affect decisions, but it can never work because only the natural person can think or be corrupted or influenced. If the legal person were true we would have a great system because the legal person could only do what law demands, rather than hiding behind immunity suggestions.

when I submitted my application to become a person under the law and jurisdiction of the corporation of canada, I was not by said corporation's own statutes legally allowed to enter into the contract as I was not of the legal age of consent, therefore the contract establishing the federal employee identification number. Therefore said contract is null and void.
