I thought I would show this as it's a fun way to end a mornings training.
Set:
Clean and press (hands forwards): 51kg x 10/61kg x 5/ 63.5kg x 3/ 66kg x 1/ 68.5kg x 1
Curl and overhead press (hands backwards): 63.5kg x 2/ 66kg x 1/ 71kg x 1/ 73.5kg x 1/ 76kg x 1
Overhead one arm dumbbell press (left and right): 34.5kg x 5/ 39kg x 1/ 42kg x 1/ 47kg x 1
67kg dumbell walk plus 51kg curl for reps to finish.

    Hey, I lift weights for self confidence, and it’s all just good fun at the end of the day.

    You’ll never see me winging about anything!

    I have a bone condition that has given me a lot of pain in my lifetime,

    as well as making me very short, but very determined to do my very best.

    I count myself lucky I have two arms and two legs that work most of the time.

    So quit the negative comments and go out there and just do something positive!
