@NorthForkFisherman ummm...so the earth stayed day-lit for 40 rotations and then stayed in a night state for 40 rotations? im sorry, but i dont see how that adds up to 150. I also can't see how 150 can be looked at as a year by literalist.

@amc0100 The "fountains of the earth and the heavens opened" and it raided for 40 days and 40 nights, The time of the flood was in excess of 150 days. Most Genesis literalists call for a year-long flood, too bad none of the preceding ever happend as they claim. Indeed, they don't even understand exactly how impotent this makes their god look.

"THe ark has been found?" No it hasn't, since the Noachian Flood never happened. Maybe some local flooding got "enhanced" by storytellers over time, but a 1 year duration global flood? Nope. Nada. Zip. Zilch. Bupkis. You seeing a pattern here?

The 2 house cats were not allowed on the Ark but rather towed behind in a small dinggy. This might explain their alluffe behavior towards humans.
