and oh some tips!
When you hit the ramp from the push dont jump, hold down duck button and you will slide :D (slide technique) and when your at the top of ramp you jump so you slide off! :D
and do HH concs (Hand held concs) dont trhow it on the ground, hold it and try to time it when it explodes (jump when it explodes) and you will get a huge jump/push

I did that once or twice in this video. I reason I jumped was so I could land right on the cap with the flag. It looked kind of badass. :P
