What is the appropriate number of black people required to be considered a revolutionary organization? And deep is the racism in this country when you can't see black people?

If you don't see black people in this video, then you obviously haven't watched it. I taped it on the floor, surrounded by people. I wasn't able to pan much as everyone was so crowded in (there were hundreds of people at the concert). I took the best camera angle I could. As KOSnet7 wrote, the camera just caught a snippet of people. When I pan left a bit around the circle, you see blacks in the circle next to S.O.N. The lack of diversity charge is BS by people who weren't there.

I have always been a socialist and I thought that socialism was dead because of school propaganda. Now I realize that maybe it's the communities that has been most raped can rose revolutionaries.

Perhaps there was more "diversity" at the event, but in general, the movement is seriously lacking. That's the truth. Period. And we should ask why, and DO something about it. (and no I'm not saying it has EVERYTHING to do with racial inequality)

I agree completely. I know some of the black people in this very video. I saw Son of Nun perform at the previous Socialism conference and I'm going to see him perform at an IVAW event next week at Fort Lewis, WA. I think there are just some people who want to make ultraleftist comments to stir things up. This video is exactly why we need Youtube and the Traprock Peace Center.

If you went to help organize the left alternative, you'd see the number of multiracial people in Chicago. Especially if you are doing activism in your town, your bound to run into th e ISO.

PS: And you only see only a snippet of the crowd closest to the stage.

Get your ass involved and bring more people tot the table
