Hm, I don't really know what to put here. This video means a lot to me; I actually wasn't planning to upload it because it was made for me and for the sake of making. But, I really like this poem and I want to share it with others...I think it describes perfectly of what some people expect from God (including myself, sometimes). I know some people think God is just some Genie person, who if you devote yourself from him, will give you every happiness and love and all that good stuff. In truth, that's not it...if I could explain it, I could, but I don't really know how to explain it.

"If you want God to help you, you have to meet him halfway"--I think that's a quote from "Where the Redfern Grows". I believe in that quote entirely. If you want happiness, YOU have to go out and find it. If you want love, YOU have to go out and find it. It WON'T come to you. If you ask of something from God, you have to meet him halfway. The rest will come as it is.

I asked God to take away my habit

I asked God to grant me patience
God said, no
Patience is a byproduct of tribulations
It isn't granted; it is learned
