Arsenio's former talk show packed a LOT of punch while it was on for five years...It's great that Eva and Arsenio were there with George on the final night of his shortlived talk show...I guess George is a loner...Arsenio and Eva should go on a date...Who knows, they could become ArEva, the new power couple...The head honchos at NBC are to blame for Lopez Tonight being cancelled, because if they hadn't fired Conan and taken Jay back, Conan would still be there and LT would still be on.

If not for silly "white guilt" they'd have been off the air ages ago instead most of these folks(Lopez, Longoria, et al) are smart enough to exploit the ignorant mis-guided for their own selfish interests

@trooper40below Lopez was the one that invited and suggested Conan, had he not done that he would still be on. Again, I am talking about the individual aspect. Many people in this country are white, that's a given. It would be generally harder for people like us to get a TV show, because many people in America, who are generally white, are fighting for that particular spot. Also, it's not like they wanted to take him out, they needed to because he was losing ratings due to the change in time.

@GhostOfAStranger1 I'm black as well and you're right there are more whites than minorities. However there is definitely room for minorities to be on TV. Your excuse was extremely weak. Shit there should be more african american shows and latino shows. There is no excuse for the industry on the television side not to have a diverse line up. George Lopez tv show was successful and had they not kept moving his show back (for Conan) he might still be on late night.
