  • tip of the day: lol... When asked what you are doing...just tell them you follow a plan in a book called the Weight Loss Cure and leave it at that. People are too quick to judge even though they dont know anything about it. It helped me. That way u dont have to get in a debate match. ;-)

  • I know this, but for some reason I get amnesia and tell everyone the crazy details. Maybe I think they will get it because I do. Usually I am dissapointed though because they don't get it. Not at all. I am really going to start telling people what you said. Although too I work in a salon with 10 females, and we have numberous clients daily, and if I am not telling them, my co-workers are giving them the intimate details of the diet. thanks for the tip..its a good one.... if I remember it!

  • Yeah...all my friends tend to answer people who ask me first by shouting out...SHE INJECTS DRUGS from out of the country etc. It makes me boil!

  • Exactly!!!!! I hate that!!!! AHH! That happens to you too! hahha

  • I actually kind of understand his point of view. Especially because he says he loves me the way I am. I think that is the best support. It is a pretty major thing though. Luckily I have my sister in law to talk to about it, and my youtube buddies:)

  • Wow!! People can be soooo rude! Well, I finally got up enough courage to tell my husband about the diet and he just told me that he thinks I'll have prob. with the diet then he went on to tell me a few years ago HCG was a big thing in the field of sports, it has been banned along with steroids and other things, so you know its got to work! He told me that once he sees what it does for me, if I want to do a round 2 he'll do it with me.

  • My hubby looks at my dinner plate as if "poor Mommy". I'm actually full when I sit down to eat lately, so I enjoy what I have. Since I started my protocol by going to a naturopathic DR, I just tell people that. But that is a a great tip to refer them to the book too.

  • Being a controversail program I don't care to debate with anyone. I decided to do this, after months of research. People want to know about what I'm doing - I have changed my eating habits, eat organic natural foods, limit intake, drink water ,herbal/organic teas, cut out sodas (2 months now)and watching the weight come off. These are all true facts, and I also don't care to go into discussions with anyone, until they do more research. I encourage anyone to read and make it their own.

  • I'm sorry your husband doesn't want you to talk about the diet, when it is a MAJOR issue in your life. That is a real "slap in the face" when you are in need of support.
